For purchase issues, try Settings → Restore Purchases. For notification issues, check that notifications are allowed for Subscription Manager in iOS Settings. For an App Store subscription change or cancellation, use Apple’s subscription-management screen.
No. Subscription Manager is a manual tracker. Cancel the service directly with its provider or the platform where you bought it. After cancellation is complete, mark the item as cancelled in Subscription Manager so the app can update your local records and estimated savings.
No. Subscription Manager does not connect to banks, request financial-account credentials, scrape transaction histories, or read your email. You enter the subscriptions you want to track yourself.
Your manually entered tracking records are stored locally on your device. The app does not upload that subscription list to a Subscription Manager backend. See the Privacy Policy for details about App Store billing, RevenueCat, and Superwall.
Subscription Manager schedules local iOS notifications based on dates and reminder preferences you enter. Notification permission is optional. If reminders are not arriving, open iOS Settings, find Subscription Manager, and confirm notifications are allowed. Then review the reminder timing inside the app’s Settings screen.
The app advances renewal dates from the billing schedule you entered. It does not receive transaction data from the third-party service, so it cannot confirm that an external payment succeeded or that the provider did not change its billing date.
Open Subscription Manager, go to Settings, then choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple ID associated with the original App Store purchase. If no active purchase is found but you believe you are subscribed, verify the subscription in your Apple account and then contact support.
Use Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app or Apple’s subscription-management controls for your Apple ID. Deleting the app or deleting locally tracked subscriptions does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
Yes. In the app, open Settings → Export Data. Subscription Manager creates a JSON file that you can save or share using Apple’s system interfaces. The app does not upload that exported file to its own server.
Open Settings → Delete All Data and confirm the deletion. This permanently removes locally tracked subscriptions and price records from the device. It does not cancel external services or your Subscription Manager App Store subscription.
Subscription Manager does not silently convert unrelated currencies. If you track subscriptions in different currencies, totals remain separated so the app does not present a misleading combined amount based on an assumed exchange rate.
